Job Description
Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Part-Time | In-Home ABA Services | San Luis Obispo County Lilypad Therapy is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our growing ABA team as Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We are committed to providing high-quality, individualized ABA therapy while creating a supportive and collaborative environment for both families and staff. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping children grow and wants to be part of a team that values mentorship, communication, and clinical quality. Schedule Part-time 10-15 hours per week initially Afternoon/evening availability preferred Opportunity for additional hours as caseload grows Flexible scheduling options available What You'll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings Implement individualized treatment programs designed by the supervising BCBA Support clients in communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills Collect accurate session data and complete clinical notes Collaborate with caregivers and supervisors to support client progress Maintain professionalism, consistency, and a positive therapeutic environment Qualifications RBT certification preferred, but not required ABA experience or completion of 40-hour RBT training is a plus Background in Psychology, Child Development, Education, ABA, or related field preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Ability to pass background clearance requirements Why Join Lilypad Therapy?
