Behavior Technician - Full Time!

Qualifications:

1 year experience working with individuals with Autism and related disorders OR Associate's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field (required) RBT Certification (preferred) Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field (preferred) PMT Certification (preferred) Basic computer skills i.e., writing progress notes, graphing data

Job Requirements:

Implementation of ABA techniques including: Discrete Trial Instruction, Functional Communication Training, Naturalistic Teaching, etc. Energy and enthusiasm Patience and understanding Data collection and implementation of programming designed by BCBA Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently Manage a flexible schedule Ability to attend required trainings Willingness to learn new approaches and adapt to new job environments quickly Work cooperatively and professionally with BCBA and families Maintaining confidentiality of clients and their families

We are looking for dependable, energetic, and passionate staff with an understanding of ABA techniques to join us!
