Job Description
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Full-Time or Part-Time Hybrid Western MA We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing clinical team serving clients in Northampton and surrounding towns. This role offers a flexible schedule, strong administrative support, and opportunities to grow into a full-time caseload.
Compensation:
- $85+ per billable hour
- Signing bonus available
Schedule:
- Monday Friday
- Flexible hours
- Hybrid/partial remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians
- Monitor data and adjust programming as needed
- Provide parent training and clinical support
Qualifications:
- Master s degree required
- BCBA certification and state license required
- 1+ year ABA experience preferred
