Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Full-Time or Part-Time Hybrid Western MA We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing clinical team serving clients in Northampton and surrounding towns. This role offers a flexible schedule, strong administrative support, and opportunities to grow into a full-time caseload.
Compensation:
  • $85+ per billable hour
  • Signing bonus available
Schedule:
  • Monday Friday
  • Flexible hours
  • Hybrid/partial remote
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians
  • Monitor data and adjust programming as needed
  • Provide parent training and clinical support
Qualifications:
  • Master s degree required
  • BCBA certification and state license required
  • 1+ year ABA experience preferred
