Positions Available:

Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBT's and supervision of assigned trainees. Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, leadership of your team, and long-term ownership in the company.Monthly Performance Bonuses :
Bonuses are uncapped and reflect both the quality of care you provide and your overall impact, so your earning potential grows with your performance.Mentorship Bonuses:
Earn $500-$1,250 for mentoring and supervising RBTs in the Everest Program on their path to becoming BCBAs.Sign On Bonus:
Up to $10,000 determined by center and ability to start.Long-Term Incentives:

Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute to advance treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical qualityClinical Guidance:
Our BCBAs are guided by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team , featuring industry leading clinicians such as: Dr. Charna Mintz, Dr. Greg Hanley, Dr. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr.Anthony Cammilleri Continuing Education :

Your Role Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services. Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health. Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
