Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBT's and supervision of assigned trainees. Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, leadership of your team, and long-term ownership in the company.

Monthly Performance Bonuses :

Bonuses are uncapped and reflect both the quality of care you provide and your overall impact, so your earning potential grows with your performance.

Mentorship Bonuses:

Earn $500-$1,250 for mentoring and supervising RBTs in the Everest Program on their path to becoming BCBAs.

Sign On Bonus:

Up to $10,000 determined by center and ability to start.

Long-Term Incentives:

Earn an additional $8,000-$12,000 annually through our Citizenship Program.

Learn directly from Dr. Greg Hanley and his Compassionate Care Team in compassionate, evidence-based ABA.

Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute to advance treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical quality

Your Role Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services. Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health. Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.
