Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles tailored to each client's needs. Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies effectively. Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff to ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with best practices. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and medical teams to facilitate consistent implementation of interventions across settings such as home, school, or community environments. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations while ensuring confidentiality of patient information. Support clients through intake assessments, ongoing patient care, and behavioral health evaluations for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders including autism spectrum disorder. Qualifications Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification. Proven experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, especially those with autism spectrum disorders. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral psychological assessments, functional assessment techniques, and behavior intervention strategies. Experience conducting behavioral health assessments, functional behavior analysis (FBA), and diagnostic evaluations. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards such as HIPAA compliance. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in home-based settings as well as school environments supporting children with disabilities. Excellent client communication skills coupled with the ability to collaborate professionally with multidisciplinary teams.
