Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a contract or part-time basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality behavioral therapy services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will guide personalized treatment plans, conduct comprehensive assessments, and support families in achieving meaningful progress. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities Conduct diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and progress Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to inform treatment adjustments and ensure measurable outcomes Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education professionals, medical staff, and caregivers, to coordinate care strategies Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure fidelity of interventions Maintain accurate medical records, documentation of patient progress, and compliance with HIPAA regulations Conduct intake assessments for new clients and participate in ongoing patient care planning Requirements Valid BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or equivalent credentialing body Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and data collection methods Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical documentation standards Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients' families, caregivers, and healthcare providers Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and confidentiality Join us in transforming lives through compassionate behavioral health services!
