BCBA Responsibilities Real Clinical Focus Support You Can Actually Feel Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Monitor progress and adjust programming Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians Provide parent training and support Maintain documentation and ensure compliance Requirements Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Active BCBA certification (in good standing) Active MA LABA Reliable transportation Strong communication and leadership skills Passion for working with children and families Schedule & Benefits Monday-Friday (saturdays if make up is neccesary) Flexible schedule + remote work options Health, Dental, Vision Insurance (FULL
