Job Description
Transformation Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This is a hybrid position , with 50% remote supervision and administrative work and 50% in-person client services , allowing you to maintain flexibility while providing high-quality clinical care. As a BCBA, you will oversee ABA services, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals, and ensure ethical, evidence-based care for our clients. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services in accordance with BACB and payer requirements. Analyze client data and modify treatment plans based on progress and clinical decision-making. Conduct parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization. Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians through observations, feedback, and competency assessments. Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans, reassessments, progress notes, and medical necessity documentation. Collaborate with families, physicians, educators, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care. Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development. Ensure services are delivered in compliance with BACB Ethics Code, Medicaid/commercial payer requirements, and company policies. Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Current state licensure (or ability to obtain licensure prior to start, if applicable). Experience working with children and/or individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities preferred. Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and behavior analytic skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently while remaining an engaged member of a multidisciplinary team. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-person client visits.
