Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism. This role involves developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes. The BCBA will play a critical role in delivering patient-centered care within a supportive and professional environment committed to excellence in behavioral health services. Requirements are for 1-3 days per week in clinic that can be arranged based on personal schedule and 2-3 days in home. Duties Design, implement, and oversee evidence-based behavioral intervention plans tailored to each client's needs. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and functional behavior assessments. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions for children and adults with autism or other developmental disabilities. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency across settings. Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Facilitate intake processes and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments. Ensure adherence to ethical standards of practice as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Educate families and team members about behavior management techniques and progress updates. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in applied behavior analysis and behavioral health. Requirements Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) . Proven experience in behavioral therapy , especially working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques. Experience with data collection , patient assessment , and behavioral health documentation. Familiarity with medical terminology , medical records , and HIPAA compliance standards. Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations and conduct comprehensive patient assessments. Excellent communication skills for working effectively with patients, families, educators, and healthcare teams. Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on individualized treatment planning. Experience working within special education settings or related environments is preferred. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining confidentiality of medical records.
