Position Overview:

As a BCBA, you will supervise and oversee ABA programs. Your role will include conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, and tracking client progress. You will also provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and collaborate with clients, families, and stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes. What You'll Do (And Why It Matters) Lead Meaningful Clinical Work Conduct assessments (FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland) to truly understand each child. Design individualized, high-quality treatment plans that drive real progress. Continuously analyze data and adjust strategies to maximize outcomes. Develop and Elevate Your Team Supervise and mentor RBTs with intention—not just check a box. Provide hands-on coaching, modeling, and real-time feedback. Help build confident, skilled clinicians who love what they do. Partner with Families (Not Just Update Them) Collaborate closely with caregivers to create consistency across environments. Turn complex clinical strategies into practical, everyday tools. Build trust and long-term relationships with families. Own Outcomes, Not Just Tasks Monitor progress and evolve treatment plans based on real data. Communicate clearly with families and stakeholders. Contribute to a culture of accountability and excellence. The Essentials (What You Bring) Active BCBA certification (BACB). Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. Experience in assessments, treatment planning, and supervision. Strong clinical judgment and data-driven mindset. Passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.
