we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy and support to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis will be instrumental in creating and implementing effective treatment plans. Our team is looking to add passionate BCBA's to our team! Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy services to patients, including implementing behavior intervention plans and teaching new skills
  • Collect and analyze data on patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
  • Review RBTs data and session notes within your client caseload.
  • BCBA must Create, source, and find materials for your clients. (We print and laminate them for you!)
  • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, psychologists, and therapists, to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals involved in the patient's care
  • Stay current on the latest research and best practices in applied behavior analysis
Required Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
  • Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to collect and analyze data to evaluate patient progress and make informed decisions about treatment adjustments
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
  • Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads effectively and prioritize tasks
Location:
  • Location varies between each client, areas include: Palos Hills, Hickory Hills, Chicago Ridge, Frankfort, Orland Park and its surrounding areas.
  • Hybrid, or fully in person options available.
