This role offers flexible hours, a supportive environment, and hourly pay that can fit your schedule. You'll work in school and home settings, collaborate with a strong clinical team, and have opportunities to grow into diagnostic and leadership roles. Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and preference assessments Develop and maintain individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide BCBA supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) should Collaborate with schools, families, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely session notes and clinical documentation Participate in onboarding, staff training, and team development
Optional:
Participate in diagnostic assessments (e.g., CARS, ADOS)
Qualifications and Requirements:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required) Active Medicaid license (required) Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA preferred (newly certified BCBAs welcome) Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical standards Effective communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) while being team-oriented Reliable transportation to school and home-based client locations Passion for providing high-quality care to children and families
