We are committed to providing high quality, compassionate ABA services that empower clients to reach their full potential. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA looking for flexibility, autonomy, and a supportive clinical environment while making a lasting difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. What You'll Do Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention programs Provide clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis Provide parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization across environments Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary providers Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and BACB standards Qualifications Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities Strong knowledge of ABA principles, treatment planning, and data analysis Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Connecticut licensure (or ability to obtain) Compensation Competitive Contractor Compensation Earn 50% to 70% of collected billable revenue based on billable hours Flexible scheduling Hybrid and In Person Administrative support provided Location Farmington, Connecticut 06032 Services provided in office Why LEAP? Flexible schedule Application Question(s): Do you currently hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB in Connecticut? Are you able to provide in person services in Farmington, CT? Have you completed a Master's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field? Do you have at least 1 year of experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder? What is your preferred caseload size? What availability do you currently have? It may take several weeks to months to fully credential you under insurance panels, will you be able to have that availability in the upcoming months? When would you be available to start?
