Summary As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Living Soul, LLC, you will play a vital role in implementing individualized ABA interventions that promote positive behavior and social skills development. This position is essential in supporting our mission to empower clients and improve their overall quality of life. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Implement ABA strategies to address behavioral challenges and promote skill acquisition. Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting interventions as necessary. Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide support and training on ABA techniques. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with ABA practices. Be willing to take on Home, Center, and School Cases, however, we are open to hearing what you have to offer. Requirements Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required. Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is essential. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members. Ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate intervention strategies.
