Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid Role in Broomfield, CO & Surrounding Areas Build a Mission-Driven Career with
Heart Pay Range:
$105,000-$120,000 annually (W2, salaried)
Location:
Hybrid — Broomfield, CO + surrounding cities (Denver, Aurora, Golden)

What You'll Be Doing:
Clinical Oversight:
Provide excellent case management and guide RBTs with integrity and compassion.
Hybrid Supervision:
Support families and RBTs both in-person and virtually to ensure quality care.
Assessments & Planning:
Write thoughtful, individualized treatment plans that reflect true client needs.
Collaboration:
Work closely with caregivers, team members, and school staff to drive results.
Ethics & Compliance:
Uphold BACB guidelines and payor policies with transparency and accountability.
