Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM

We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is passionate about ABA and is motivated to implement high-quality services for our clients. As a BCBA with

you will have the opportunity to work closely with a strong clinical leadership team and qualified staff. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Direct implementation and oversight of all client ABA goals with carryover from BCBA to RBT. Collaborates with family members, related service providers and other agencies, as appropriate. Conducts initial and on-going behavior assessments to analyze client behavior using appropriate assessment instruments (VBMAPP, AFLS, ABLLS). Plans, develops and monitors skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans for new and established clients. Analyzes data gathered from client sessions to ensure client progress and makes modifications to programming based on this analysis. Consults with parents and provides them with progress notes, annual reviews and training on skills acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans. Monitors client schedules to ensure funding source requirements are met and completes necessary paperwork for insurance purposes Attends monthly professional development meetings and participates in Individual Education Program (IEP) team meetings for clients, as appropriate. Generates documentation necessary for the funding source.
Qualifications/Education and Experience:
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field (required) Current Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Supervisor training certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Licensed to practice in CT Experience working with children with autism and special needs (required) Consistent mode of travel to Brookfield, CT Perks and Benefits Free CEUs Opportunities to participate in Behavior Analytic research for intended publishing Mentorship with experienced clinical leaders to further grow your skillset.
