This role balances in-person clinical oversight with remote responsibilities, offering flexibility while maintaining high-quality, person-centered care. The BCBA will provide evidence-based behavioral services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities while providing clinical leadership, behavioral consultation, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support teams.

$90,000 annually Our compensation model is structured around a manageable expectation of 27 billable hours per week . BCBAs who exceed 27 billable hours in a workweek will receive an additional $50 bonus for each full billable hour over 27.

27 billable hours → $90,000 base salary 28 billable hours → +$50 weekly bonus 29 billable hours → +$100 weekly bonus 30 billable hours → +$150 weekly bonus 31 billable hours → +$200 weekly bonus Consistently averaging 31 billable hours per week provides the opportunity to earn approximately $100,000+ annually. Schedule & Work Model - Hybrid This position operates on a split schedule combining on-site and remote work to promote work-life balance while ensuring consistent clinical support.
