Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - 75% Remote - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Build Your Career Without Burning Out. We're looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Maryland team. This role offers 75% remote flexibility , with approximately 25% of your time spent providing in-person supervision to support clients and RBTs. Our administrative team handles scheduling, authorizations, intake, and other operational tasks so you can focus on delivering outstanding clinical care. What You'll Do Manage a small, quality-focused caseload. Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCaBAs. Analyze client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers. Complete treatment plans and documentation in a timely manner. Maintain compliance with Maryland regulations and payer requirements. Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA). Experience supervising RBTs preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
