BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (New graduates are welcome to apply)
Location:
Southfield, MI Employment Type:
Full-Time Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM-4:00
PM Work Setting:
Primarily in-center, with limited work-from-home flexibility Schedule & Work Arrangement Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM-4:00 PM. No regular weekend, evening, or on-call requirements. Primarily based in the center, with some in-home services depending on client needs. After 90 days, 1 work-from-home day may be available based on schedule. A second remote day may be earned over time. Maximum caseload of approximately 13 clients . Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments such as VB-MAPP, AFLS, and Social Skills Solutions. Develop individualized, research-based treatment programs. Analyze client progress and modify programs as needed. Provide weekly parent training and progress updates. Supervise RBTs, behavior technicians, interns, and trainers. Qualifications Active BCBA certification through the BACB. Active Michigan state licensure/certification as required. Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Current BLS/CPR certification. Current NPI number. QBS or other approved safety/restraint training. Updated CAQH profile. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and clinical documentation skills. Ability to sit on the floor, be physically active, and lift at least 40 lbs. Ability to work effectively with children, families, and clinical teams.
