Independent Contractor We are seeking Spanish Speaking Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBAs) / Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as an independent contractor. This role offers a flexible combination of remote and in-person work .

Responsibilities:

Supervise ABA providers, including in-person observations of student sessions Develop individualized student programs and treatment plans Create and monitor behavior intervention plans (antecedent and consequent strategies) Provide regular feedback and guidance to ABA providers Conduct data analysis and make necessary program adjustments Deliver parent training Collaborate with parents, schools, and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications:

Current New York LBA license required Active BCBA certification Must speak Spanish Strong knowledge of ABA principles and interventions Experience supervising ABA providers and overseeing program implementation Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to provide both in-person and remote services

Compensation:

Contracted hourly rate (competitive; based on experience and qualifications)
