Job Description

Take a Seat is partnering exclusively with an ABA company looking to recruit Board Certified Behavior Analysts who want to join a clinically grounded, family-centered, evidence-driven team — not just another agency gig.
Center-Based:
Quincy, Canton, Lowell, Newton & Providence, RI Home-Based:
Boston proper, North of Boston, South of Boston They are an ABA provider rooted in evidence-based practice and compassionate care. They deliver individualized ABA services across center-based, home-based, and early intervention settings to help children with autism and developmental differences thrive. Their approach honors each learner's uniqueness and partners closely with caregivers and community systems. Why This Opportunity Is Different? Not a high-pressure agency model - They emphasize quality over quantity . Caseloads are sincere, billable expectations are fair, and clinical decision-making matters — because therapists and families deserve better. Real clinical impact - Programs are designed around meaningful outcomes, not checklists: communication, social engagement, play skills, adaptive routines, real-life skills. Collaborative culture - Reviews from current staff highlight growth, support, and teamwork — the kind of place clinicians choose to stay. What BCBAs Will Do Supervise and develop individualized ABA programs tailored to each child and family Work across settings — homes, centers, early intervention environments Collaborate with RBTs and families using data-driven, evidence-based practice Provide training, support, and mentorship to teams Set functional goals that matter beyond the clinic Benefits & Support PTO (vacation & paid holidays) + 5 sick days 401(k) with match Dedicated CEU support + internal opportunities to earn CEUs Professional development and structured mentorship Small, meaningful caseloads Flexible scheduling and hybrid options Clinicians report growth, encouragement, and meaningful clinical relationships — not turnover or burnout. Culture Fit This is a great match for BCBAs who want: To use evidence-based, individualized ABA, not rote protocols To be part of a team with clinical integrity , not just headcount goals To work where leadership values growth and input To partner with families, not just tally hours Interested candidates are encouraged to apply or reach out directly. All inquiries are handled confidentially by Take a Seat .
