Innovative Counseling, Inc. is looking for a BCBA to join our Autism and Behavioral Services program on a part-time independent contractor (1099) basis . What We Offer $60-$70/ hour Flexible part-time schedule Hybrid work options Manageable caseload caps Center-based services with no travel between client locations Administrative and scheduling support The Role The BCBA will provide clinical oversight and supervision for clients receiving ABA services. Responsibilities include treatment planning, assessments, data review, RBT supervision, documentation, and collaboration with families and the care team. Much of the planning, documentation, data review, and other clinical work can be completed remotely when appropriate. In-person services and supervision are provided at our Green Bay center. Qualifications Current BCBA certification Wisconsin licensure or eligibility for Wisconsin licensure Experience working with children with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral needs preferred Strong communication and organizational skills ForwardHealth experience preferred Interested in a flexible BCBA position with a manageable caseload and no travel between clients?
