Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will lead behavioral therapy interventions, conduct comprehensive patient assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will help empower clients to achieve meaningful progress and improve their quality of life. Duties Conduct detailed diagnostic evaluations and intake assessments to determine client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies Design, implement, and supervise evidence-based behavioral therapy programs grounded in applied behavior analysis principles Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions Provide training and ongoing support to behavior technicians and staff on behavioral strategies and documentation procedures Maintain accurate medical records, ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, and document all patient interactions thoroughly Participate in regular team meetings to review case progress, share insights, and refine therapeutic approaches Requirements Hold current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing Demonstrate experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and healthcare documentation standards including HIPAA compliance Ability to perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and evaluate behavioral health outcomes effectively Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external providers Passion for patient care with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to ethical practice Join us in making a difference by providing compassionate, effective behavioral health services that foster growth and independence.
