Brighter Strides ABA is growing in Maryland, and we're looking for BCBAs who want to be part of a supportive, clinician-focused team. Our team is backed by experienced clinical leadership that provides ongoing guidance, collaboration, and mentorship to help clinicians deliver high-quality care and grow professionally. We're equally committed to developing the next generation of clinicians. Our Brighter Minds Fellowship program supports graduate students in the final stages of supervision and BCBA exam preparation, helping them transition confidently into their careers. For newly certified BCBAs, we provide ongoing coaching, collaboration, and support from experienced clinical leaders. What You'll Be Doing Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise ABA services and monitor client progress Mentor, train, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians Review clinical data and make treatment recommendations Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members Complete required documentation and clinical reports Provide direct services when clinically appropriate What We're Looking For BCBA certification (Required) Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Maryland, or eligibility to obtain licensure (Required) Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field (Required) Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills A collaborative and compassionate approach to care Compensation We offer competitive hourly compensation with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
