Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) About the Role We are looking for a BCBA to provide behavioral evaluation and clinical services for clients receiving care at home. This is a hybrid opportunity , combining in-home client evaluations with remote clinical responsibilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable conducting assessments in the client's home, developing individualized treatment recommendations, and collaborating with families and care teams. Responsibilities Conduct behavioral evaluations and assessments in clients' homes as needed and other supervisions and Parents training remotely. Complete initial evaluations and reassessments as required. Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and identify behavioral needs. Develop individualized behavior intervention and treatment recommendations. Collect and review clinical and behavioral data. Provide caregiver/parent training and education. Collaborate with families, caregivers, RBTs, and other healthcare professionals. Complete clinical documentation and evaluation reports accurately and on time. Participate in virtual meetings, case reviews, and follow-up clinical activities. Provide recommendations based on assessment findings and client needs. Qualifications Active BCBA certification . Active state license or other credentialing required to provide services in the applicable state. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience conducting behavioral assessments/evaluations. Experience working with children and/or individuals receiving ABA services. Comfortable providing services in a home health/home-based environment . Strong documentation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Reliable internet connection and access to a computer for remote responsibilities. Work Arrangement This is a hybrid position .
