Provide parent and caregiver training to promote treatment success across environments. Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians (BTs). Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis and adjust treatment plans as appropriate. Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure continuity of care. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation. Stay current on best practices and emerging research in Applied Behavior Analysis. QualificationsRequired Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Active Connecticut licensure (if applicable). Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Preferred Minimum of one year of BCBA experience. Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Experience supervising RBTs and providing caregiver training. Familiarity with electronic medical records and ABA practice management software.
