Management Qualifications:
Actively lead on the floor by not being afraid to get your hands dirty. Monitor front-of-the-house labor to ensure compliance with posted schedules and labor budget. Have a guest first approach to ensure top-notch experiences. Collaborative work style, excellent interpersonal skills demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and develop your them. Ability to manage beverage ordering and process invoices according to standards set. Conduct monthly physical beverage inventory. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a high standard of food service and hospitality. Train, supervise, and manage staff, fostering a positive team environment. Handle inventory control and cash management, including POS systems. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain quality food preparation and presentation.
