Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will develop, implement, and oversee behavioral intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. This role involves collaborating with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to promote positive outcomes through evidence-based practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining accurate medical documentation. Duties Design and supervise individualized behavioral intervention plans based on comprehensive assessments. Conduct patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake procedures to determine appropriate treatment strategies. Implement behavioral therapy techniques tailored to each client's needs, focusing on skill acquisition and reducing problematic behaviors. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor progress and modify interventions as needed. Provide training and support to caregivers, educators, and staff on behavior management strategies. Maintain detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans within behavioral health and special education settings. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in applied behavior analysis and related fields. Collaborate with clinic Operations Manager Collaborate and ensure clinic meets KPIs Manage and support other clinical staff Experience Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential. Proven experience in behavioral therapy, especially working with children or individuals with autism spectrum disorder. Demonstrated expertise in data collection, patient assessment, and developing individualized treatment plans. Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation procedures, and medical records management. Experience working within special education or behavioral health environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and best practices for patient confidentiality. Prior experience conducting diagnostic evaluations and intake assessments for individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
