About Spectrum Matters Spectrum Matters is a small ABA company owned by autism mom who continues to advocate for individuals on the spectrum. Spectrum Matters strives every day to ensure compassionate ABA therapy is our top priority because all kids matter . Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for working with children and individuals on the autism spectrum. Spectrum Matters seeks a BCBA who uses trauma-informed care and uses assent-based behavior skills training. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients and their families. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement applied behavior analysis strategies to promote skill development and improve behavioral outcomes. individualized, small caseload that meets the needs of each BCBA. Perform diagnostic evaluations to determine the presence of behavioral health issues. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients. Provide training and support to staff, caregivers, and family members on behavior management techniques. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on data analysis. Ensure that all treatment plans and programs comply with contract requirements, satisfy all relevant insurance certification and other expectations, and meet or exceed professional standards. Maintain highly organized, consistent, thorough, and systematic recordkeeping practices. Stay current with research and best practices in the field of behavioral health. Provide supervision and training to Spectrum Matters RBT's and related stakeholders. Conduct structured periodic fidelity checks to monitor the effectiveness of treatment programs and their implementation; modify and document plan changes as needed. Looking to hire hybrid BCBA to meet funders requirements (e.g. every 90 days face-to-face interactions with patients) Experience Experience working with children and individuals on the spectrum is essential. Familiarity with developmental disabilities is highly desirable. Proficient understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health. Strong skills in patient assessment and diagnostic evaluation. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and compliance in all aspects of care. Previous experience in a clinical or educational setting is preferred. Must have a masters degree in related field and hold a certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a BCBA.
