We provide individualized, play-based ABA services while creating a supportive environment for our clinicians, children, and families. Competitive Compensation:

BCBA → Assistant Clinical Director → Clinical Director BCBAs have opportunities to develop leadership skills, mentor RBTs and fellow clinicians, participate in staff training, and contribute to the continued development of our clinical programs. Your Role Develop individualized and clinically appropriate treatment plans Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs Analyze data and make data-informed clinical decisions Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the Clinical Director Provide caregiver training and support Deliver evidence-based, play-based ABA services Monitor client progress and modify programming when needed Collaborate with the clinical team to provide consistent, high-quality care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Our Clinical Approach At Spectrum Empowered, we provide play-based, individualized, neurodivergent-affirming ABA focused on meaningful skills and quality of life. Our programming may include early intervention, communication, social skills, school readiness, adaptive living, emotional regulation, behavior support, caregiver training, and community-based learning.
