Pay Range:
$80,000
  • 110,100 (Total annual compensation, including bonus incentives) Healing Haven is a state-of-the-art behavioral clinic supporting children with autism and their families.
Our one-of-a-kind Madison Heights campus includes four specialized clinics designed to serve children and young adults at every stage of life. We believe in treating the family as a whole, often incorporating siblings and parents into therapy. Our unique services include a 3-month parent training clinic, speech therapy, occupational therapy, autism diagnostic testing and assessment, and daytime center-based services. Summary of Essential Job Functions Conduct assessment activities related to behavioral interventions Design, execute, and monitor ABA therapy treatment programs Oversee implementation of behavioral programs by clinical staff Provide training, develop behavioral systems, and manage team performance Facilitate parent meetings and training to ensure consistency between home and clinic Complete comprehensive client goals and required documentation for insurance reimbursement and clinical review Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals involved in client care Stay current with research and emerging methodologies in behavior analysis Provide oversight of company programs and employees as related to behavioral analysis Minimum Requirements Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Behavior Analyst license valid in Michigan 2+ years of experience preferred Strong knowledge of behavior analysis and autism Ability to maintain a caseload of billable hours within a structured clinical model Fun, compassionate, and open-minded disposition geared toward learning Managerial experience preferred but not required Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to lead with a positive attitude, even during stressful situations Ability to bend, squat, push/pull, and lift up to 30 pounds as needed to assist with therapy services Healing Haven is an equal opportunity employer.
