ABA Therapy / Autism Services Position Overview We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services to children and families in a flexible hybrid setting. The role includes 25 in-person billable hours per week under

CPT 97155

, with the remaining 15 hours completed remotely or in person. Key Responsibilities

• Provide a minimum of 25 in-person billable hours per week under

CPT 97155.

• Conduct behavior assessments, treatment planning, and program modifications.
• Develop and oversee clinical programming to support client progress.
• Review clinical data and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Supervise, coach, and provide performance feedback to RBTs.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Make clinical recommendations based on assessment findings and client data.
• Complete documentation, reports, and required communication accurately and timely.
• Maintain ethical, compliant, and evidence-based ABA practices.
• Follow organizational and payer requirements for service delivery and documentation. Qualifications
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience providing ABA services preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with families and clinical teams.
• Ability to meet the required 25 in-person billable hours per week . Benefits
