Orange Branch Therapy About Us Orange Branch Therapy provides, clinic, in-home, community-based, and school-based ABA services across St. Johns County. We are a values-driven practice focused on compassionate, ethical care that supports long-term client success while maintaining sustainable workloads for clinicians. Position Summary Orange Branch Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role includes assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and optional direct service delivery within a flexible, hybrid model. Planning, documentation, and other required non-billable clinical work are paid based on billable hours worked. Job Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans (Optional) Supervise and support RBTs through training, feedback, and clinical guidance Provide direct ABA services when clinically appropriate Review data and make timely, evidence-based treatment decisions Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and interdisciplinary providers Complete documentation in compliance with ethical and insurance standards Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities Compensation Competitive hourly pay for all billable services Paid planning, documentation, and administrative time tied to billable hours worked Performance-based incentives may be available Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental differences Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills Ability to balance supervision and direct service responsibilities Reliable transportation for in-home and community-based services Position Requirements Flexible hours, Small caseload Billable hours may include supervision, assessment, parent training, and direct services Part-time opportunities available based on availability and caseload needs Must meet all credentialing, background check, and compliance requirements What We Offer Flexible scheduling and hybrid work model Administrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance coordination CEU and professional development opportunities Supportive, collaborative team culture Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in your local community Join Orange Branch Therapy and be part of a practice that values ethical care, flexibility, and sustainable clinical excellence.Job Types:
