Board-Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA:
Conduct Supervision and parent training Be in touch with the back office to ensure clear and open communication Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains. Creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans. Experience needed for a
Board Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA:
A minimum of a master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field is required. Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory. Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities, is highly desirable. Data collection, and behavioral therapy techniques are essential. Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
