Deliver compassionate, individualized behavioral support to individuals across assigned programs and services. Conduct comprehensive assessments, behavioral consultations, monitoring, and training to address complex and challenging behaviors. Supporting skill acquisition and pro-social behavior through implementation of positive behavior support plans and positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS) Integration within an interdisciplinary team to develop and support meaningful Individual Support Plan (ISP) goals and outcomes. Mentor and supervise Master and Bachelor level Behavior Specialists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring high-quality therapeutic interventions and clinical consistency. Provide limited after-hours support through phone consultation for assigned programs as part of a shared on-call structure. Bring Your Expertise toOur Team:

You'd make a great BCBA if you have: Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or related field Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) One year experience working with IDD population. Prior experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Positive Behavior Support Plans Comprehensive knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization.
