What You'll Do:

As a BCBA at Jade, you'll be at the heart of our mission, designing and overseeing personalized ABA programs that empower our clients to reach their fullest potential. Your days will be filled with: Developing and implementing cutting-edge behavior intervention plans. Collaborating with our talented team of therapists, families, and caregivers. Supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with your expert guidance. Analyzing data to drive meaningful outcomes

Who We're Looking For:

Must-Have Qualifications:

Current BCBA certification and LBA license (because you're a pro!). Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

CPR certification
