Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a significant impact from anywhere by supporting students and staff through teletherapy as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract position offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated educational team, proactively guiding the implementation of behavioral programs and supporting student success. In this role, you'll supervise a group of three Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) throughout the district, develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), participate in multi-disciplinary meetings, and regularly collaborate with teachers. By providing training and ongoing consultation, you'll ensure best practices are utilized in classrooms, maximizing student progress and fostering positive environments.
Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required Experience delivering behavior analytic services via teletherapy platforms Strong background in school-based or pediatric populations Exceptional collaboration and communication skills Prior experience supervising RBTs is highly preferred Familiarity with creating and updating BIPs Ability to provide training and support to teachers and paraprofessional staff
Core Responsibilities:
Oversee and provide direction to three district-based RBTs Assess, design, and monitor individualized BIPs Conduct virtual meetings with educational team members, including teachers and administrators Model strategies that ensure carryover of therapy goals in daily classroom activities Document progress, maintain records, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed Maintain open channels of communication to support families and school staff This 32.5-hour per week contract runs from August 2026 through May 2027, offering stability for a full academic year with the flexibility of remote work.
