Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. As a BCBA, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will guide families, educators, and healthcare professionals in applying proven behavioral strategies to promote meaningful progress. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention plans. Design, supervise, and evaluate behavior intervention programs grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians, caregivers, educators, and other team members to ensure fidelity of interventions. Collaborate with families, school personnel, medical providers, and community agencies to coordinate care and support client goals effectively. Maintain accurate medical documentation, client records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for confidentiality and privacy. Lead intake assessments and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to facilitate comprehensive client evaluations and service planning. Requirements Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Experience working with children with disabilities, including those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders. Strong background in behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral psychological assessments, and functional assessments. Proven ability to collect data accurately during sessions and interpret results to inform treatment decisions. Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and experience working within HIPAA guidelines. Home-based behavioral experience or school experience working with children with disabilities is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills for client assessment, report writing, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism in clinical supervision roles.
