Overview We are seeking a dedicated, compliance-focused Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing agency in a flexible hybrid role. This position offers maximum schedule flexibility in a hybrid environment. You will start with one assigned client requiring approximately 1 monthly hour for care oversight, with the opportunity to take on additional clients and hours as our organization grows. To support you and ensure high-quality care without burnout, our team of qualified experts is available to assist with administrative details, support in-person visits, and facilitate virtual calls for monthly checks. Compensation & Incentive Structure Base Hourly Rate:
$75.00 - $110.00 / hour (Per Diem)
Onboarding & Training Tier Bonuses:
Tier 1 Clearances Bonus ($100.00): Earned upon successfully passing all required background checks and initial agency clearances. Tier 2 CDS Training Bonus ($250.00): Earned upon completing all required College of Direct Support (CDS) online modules (or submitting prior transferable certificates). Tier 3 Boggs Center Training Bonus ($250.00): Earned upon completing required The Boggs Center courses (or submitting prior transferable certificates), onboarding your assigned client, and completing 6 months of active service.
Long-Term Agency Retention Bonus:
12-Month Loyalty Bonus ($250.00): Earned upon reaching 12 months of continuous active service with the agency. (
Note:
Prior completion certificates for CDS and Boggs Center courses are transferable and will be honored upon verification). Key Responsibilities & Full Team Support Able to complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and draft individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) as needed for assigned clients. Complete and maintain the state-mandated DDD Addressing Enhanced Needs Form (documenting clinical behavioral concerns, required staffing supports, and safety protocols). Conduct monthly monitoring calls and check-ins with caregivers, support staff, and interdisciplinary team members with complete schedule flexibility.
Full Agency Hybrid Support:
Work alongside our team of qualified experts who are available to assist you with operational tasks, support in-person visits, and facilitate virtual calls for monthly check-ins whenever needed. Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation, monthly progress updates, and billing logs. Qualifications & Requirements Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to complete FBAs and draft BSPs. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional in-person visits. Familiarity with NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) documentation, including the Addressing Enhanced Needs Form. Complete standard DDD background screenings and mandatory state training modules (College of Direct Support, The Boggs Center PBS, CPR/First Aid, and Crisis Intervention).
