Echo Care ABA LLC is a growing ABA agency based in Elizabeth, NJ. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and tech-savvy Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active New Jersey LBA to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for a BCBA who is comfortable taking ownership of clinical responsibilities, supporting RBTs, working collaboratively with operations and billing, and helping ensure that clinical systems and documentation are completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities Conduct ABA assessments, reassessments, and treatment planning Develop and update individualized treatment plans and client programs Build and maintain client learning trees, goals, data collection, and clinical documentation in CentralReach Provide required supervision and ongoing support to RBTs Review RBT documentation, data, and session notes for clinical quality and accuracy Respond to RBT questions regarding treatment plans, behavior protocols, data collection, and client needs Help ensure clinical documentation and reassessments are completed before authorization deadlines Participate in CentralReach implementation and help ensure the clinical side of the system is properly configured Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager, Intake Coordinator, and Billing Manager Assist with parent/caregiver training as needed Maintain compliance with

LBA, payer, and agency requirements Qualifications Current BCBA certification through the BACB Active New Jersey Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and developmental needs Strong understanding of assessments, treatment planning, RBT supervision, documentation, and authorization requirements Comfortable using technology and learning new systems CentralReach experience strongly preferred Organized, responsive, and able to manage deadlines independently Strong communication and leadership skills Able to provide consistent part-time availability What We Are Looking For We are especially looking for someone who is comfortable with technology and can take ownership of clinical responsibilities rather than requiring significant day-to-day direction. The ideal candidate is organized, patient, responsive to RBTs, and able to work collaboratively with both clinical and operational staff. This is a part-time position to start, with the possibility of additional hours as Echo Care ABA continues to grow.
