You will work closely with clients and their families, providing comprehensive assessments, designing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) to identify underlying causes of behaviors and inform treatment strategies Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles tailored to each client's needs Collect and analyze data during therapy sessions to track progress and adjust interventions accordingly Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education professionals, therapists, medical providers, and families, to coordinate care and support client goals Perform intake assessments for new clients, ensuring comprehensive understanding of each case Maintain accurate medical documentation, client records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for confidentiality Requirements Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Current license in Washington State as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Experience working with neurodivergent individuals Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles, functional assessment techniques, and behavior intervention strategies Experience working in home-based and/or clinic settings Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards aligned with HIPAA compliance Ability to perform behavioral health assessments, conduct functional assessments, and utilize data collection tools effectively Excellent client communication skills to engage children, families, and team members positively and professionally Join us in making a meaningful difference by empowering individuals through evidence-based behavioral interventions.
