Job Description

Looking for a BCBA Who Wants to Grow With Us Blooming Buds ABA Services is growing, and we're looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants more than simply adding another case to their schedule. We are looking for a clinician who wants to build a meaningful caseload, develop strong relationships with clients and RBTs, and become a consistent part of the continued growth of Blooming Buds. We currently have an established caseload with approximately 15+ clinical hours available each week , with opportunities for additional hours through caregiver training, assessments, treatment planning, Behavior Support services, and continued client growth. You won't be joining us with the promise that cases may come eventually. The caseload is here. We're looking for the right BCBA to grow with it. Our Current Caseload Blooming Buds currently serves clients throughout Central Florida, including: St. Cloud Ocoee Winter Haven Davenport area Lady Lake We want to be transparent: our current caseload requires travel throughout Central Florida. We also recognize the time and expense associated with field-based services. Travel stipend or mileage reimbursement is available for approved business travel in accordance with Blooming Buds' travel policy. Whenever client and staff schedules allow, we also aim to create meaningful supervision blocks to minimize unnecessary back-and-forth travel. Today's Caseload Isn't Necessarily Your Forever Caseload Blooming Buds is actively growing. As our client base expands and additional clinicians join our team, the BCBA who grows with us will have increasing opportunities for case selection based on geographic preference, clinical fit, availability, and overall caseload needs. For example, onboarding with a client in Lady Lake today does not necessarily mean that Lady Lake will remain part of your permanent caseload. Our goal is to build a strong clinical team and, over time, create sustainable caseloads while giving the clinicians who grow with Blooming Buds greater input into the clients and areas they serve. What You'll Do As a BCBA with Blooming Buds, responsibilities may include: Conducting initial assessments and reassessments Developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans Providing ongoing clinical supervision and support to RBTs Conducting client observations in home, school, and community settings Providing caregiver training and support Monitoring client progress and making data-driven clinical decisions Updating programming based on client progress and clinical need Reviewing data and treatment integrity Collaborating with parents, caregivers, schools, RBTs, and other members of the child's care team Mentoring and developing RBTs Completing required clinical documentation accurately and timely Participating in clinical discussions and contributing to the continued development of our ABA program Hybrid Flexibility We believe a BCBA's time should be used intentionally. Clinical responsibilities that can appropriately be completed remotely — including programming, treatment planning, data review, report writing, and other administrative clinical responsibilities — may be completed from home. In-person time is primarily focused on services that require your clinical presence, including supervision, assessments, observations, caregiver support, and collaboration with the client's care team. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who wants to become a consistent and trusted part of Blooming Buds. You may be a great fit if you: Want to build a meaningful and consistent caseload with a growing organization Value quality of care over simply maximizing billable hours Enjoy developing, mentoring, and supporting RBTs Build strong relationships with children and families Communicate openly and collaboratively Are comfortable working independently while remaining connected to your team Understand the flexibility and travel involved in field-based ABA Want your clinical judgment and ideas to be valued Are interested in growing professionally as the organization expands May eventually be interested in additional clinical or leadership responsibilities Why Blooming Buds?

Established Caseload We're currently offering 15+ clinical hours per week , with opportunities for additional hours as our ABA program continues to grow. $65-$80 Per Hour Competitive hourly compensation based on experience, responsibilities, employment arrangement, and clinical fit. Travel Support Travel stipend or mileage reimbursement is available for approved business travel in accordance with company policy. We recognize that our current caseload spans several Central Florida communities and want to support the clinician helping us serve those families. Hybrid Flexibility Programming, reports, treatment planning, data review, and other appropriate clinical responsibilities may be completed remotely. Future Case Selection As Blooming Buds grows, clinicians who grow with us will have increased opportunities to select cases based on geography, clinical fit, preference, availability, and program needs. A Voice in a Growing Company Blooming Buds is still growing — and we see that as an advantage. You'll work directly with company leadership, and your clinical experience, ideas, and feedback can genuinely influence how our program develops. Opportunity for Growth For the right BCBA, this position has the potential to grow in hours, responsibility, and clinical leadership as Blooming Buds continues to expand. Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and/or developmental needs Experience supervising and supporting RBTs Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making Strong communication and collaboration skills Reliable transportation Willingness to travel throughout our current Central Florida service areas Ability to work independently while remaining engaged with the Blooming Buds team Compensation & Benefits $65.00-$80.00 per hour Benefits and opportunities include: Flexible scheduling Hybrid work flexibility Established caseload Travel stipend or mileage reimbursement for approved business travel Continuing education opportunities Direct access to company leadership Future case-selection opportunities Professional growth Potential for increased hours Potential for future clinical leadership opportunities More Than Another Contract Case Maybe you're tired of piecing together a few hours with several different organizations. Maybe you're looking for a place where you can build a substantial caseload while maintaining flexibility. Or maybe you're ready to join a smaller, growing organization where your experience, ideas, and clinical voice can actually help shape what comes next. We're not simply looking to fill cases. We're looking for a BCBA who wants to become part of Blooming Buds and grow with us. If that sounds like what you've been looking for, we'd genuinely love to meet you. Application Questions What area of Central Florida are you currently located in? Approximately how many clinical/billable hours per week are you looking for? What is your desired hourly compensation?
