Position Overview The Conyers Clinic BCBA manages a center-based ABA caseload of 7-8 clients, provides in-person supervision to assigned RBTs, develops and oversees individualized treatment plans, and delivers structured caregiver training. This is a full-time position based at our Conyers, GA clinic, with one work-from-home day per week. Georgia LBA licensure required. What You'll Do Conduct assessments (FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and related tools) and develop individualized, measurable treatment plans Provide in-person supervision to assigned RBTs — minimum 5% of each RBT's service hours, distributed throughout the month Deliver supervision using BST principles: structured agendas, live data review, specific behavioral feedback, and documented follow-up Review treatment plans with every RBT before their first session with a new client; document in CentralReach same-day Review CentralReach client data at least twice weekly; identify trends and make timely, data-justified program modifications Submit treatment plan renewals and authorization requests at least 30 days before expiration Deliver structured caregiver training with measurable skill acquisition objectives; document all sessions same-day Complete all CentralReach documentation same-day — session notes, supervision logs, and training records Model and maintain a safe, organized, and engaging clinic environment alongside the RBT team Maintain full HIPAA compliance across all clinical documentation and communication Keep BCBA certification and Georgia LBA current; communicate renewal timelines to the Clinical Director at least 90 days in advance Communicate proactively with the Clinical Director on caseload status, authorization risks, and clinical concerns Conduct annual and semi-annual RBT performance evaluations and contribute to ongoing RBT development and feedback Attend all required company meetings, clinical team meetings, and trainings Complete a minimum of 4 hours per week of non-billable administrative and clinical tasks (treatment planning, documentation, supervision prep, meetings, evaluations, etc.) What You'll Bring Required Active BCBA certification in good standing through the BACB Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Georgia, or eligibility to obtain prior to start date Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Experience conducting FBAs, developing individualized treatment plans, and supervising RBTs Ability to work on-site at our Conyers, GA clinic Monday-Friday Proficiency with electronic data collection systems (CentralReach preferred) Physical ability to participate in center-based sessions — sitting on the floor, moving quickly, and implementing safety protocols as needed Ability to pass a background check Preferred Experience in early intervention or working with young children with autism Experience opening or building a caseload at a growing clinic location Safety Care training certification Experience with AAC devices and naturalistic teaching strategies
Compensation & Your Growth Compensation:
$75,000-$100,000 annual salary (W-2), based on experience, with bonus potential.
