RBT Training, CEU Involvement, BCBA Onboarding and BCBA Interviewing Responsibilities:
As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for: Conducting initial and ongoing client assessments Designing, managing, and evaluating ABA programs Supervising and mentoring staff to ensure the highest level of effectiveness Providing essential ABA training to parents and caregivers Managing client progress using our data system Ensora Performing other related duties as necessary. 30 Billable hours per week
Qualifications:
Active BCBA and LBA (if required by state) Masters in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Experience in ABA assessment, treatment planning, and supervision Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills Comfortable training and supporting RBTs and working with families Culturally responsive and committed to ethical, evidence-based care The Perfect Child is where your passion meets purpose.
