Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in applied behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. As a BCBA, you will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and provide supervision to behavior technicians. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering evidence-based behavioral therapy that promotes meaningful progress and enhances patient outcomes. Duties Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify individual needs and strengths. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to behavior technicians and clinical staff to ensure adherence to treatment protocols. Collect and analyze data meticulously to track progress, modify interventions, and ensure treatment efficacy. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support consistent implementation of strategies. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining confidentiality of medical records and patient information. Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress notes, treatment summaries, in accordance with clinical standards. Qualifications Board certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Proven experience in behavioral therapy with children or individuals with developmental disabilities. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), special education practices, and behavioral health principles. Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other disabilities requiring behavioral intervention. Skilled in data collection methods, patient assessment techniques, and diagnostic evaluation procedures. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers. Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
