Board Certified Behavior Analyst Momentum Behavior Care Momentum Behavior Care is expanding and seeking passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team in Nebraska. Part time Hourly then to build Full Time Salary Hourly Rate- Based On Experience ($80-$100 per hour)

Requirements:

Must hold an active BCBA certification Must obtain and maintain a valid Nebraska State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential Experience providing ABA services in home, community, or school settings Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills Passion for helping clients reach their fullest potential

Responsibilities:

Help develop and produce a clientele in NE Go to different interdisciplinary departments/offices to seek clients Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) Develop individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians Collect and analyze data to guide decision-making and progress Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain compliance with Momentum Behavior Care's policies and NE regulations
