Job Description
About us Existing ABA company in Los Angeles county expanding into Inland Empire.
Duties:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to address behavioral challenges and promote skill development
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings
- Monitor progress through ongoing data collection and analysis
- Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and other team members on behavior management techniques
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
- Strong understanding of behavioral principles and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
