Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Hybrid/Remote MD Divine Steps Therapy Full-time /
Part-time Pay Full-Time:
$100,000 - $110,000/year + bonus
Part-Time:
$110/hour Full Job Description Divine Steps Therapy is hiring BCBAs for full-time and part-time hybrid/remote roles supporting Maryland cases . We are a growing ABA company focused on quality over quantity , clinician support, and strong work-life balance. We're looking for BCBAs who want flexibility, support, and the ability to provide high-quality care in a positive and ethical work environment. Candidates must hold a Maryland LBA and be open to working with Maryland-based clients . Why Join Divine Steps Therapy? $100,000 - $12 salary + bonus for full-time $110/hour part-time Hybrid remote / in-person flexibility Full-time is only 25 hours weekly Part-time choose your own hours Flexible caseload Take on as many cases as you want Free monthly CEUs CEU & conference reimbursement Electronic charts / remote access RBT-trained supervisees Supportive Director staff PTO for qualifying employees Health insurance for qualifying employees 401(k) for qualifying employees Growth opportunities within the company Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans Create individualized ABA programs and goals Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs (remote and/or in-person) Monitor client progress and update programming as needed Provide monthly parent training Complete billing, notes, and reports on time Collaborate with families, staff, and leadership Requirements Active BCBA certification Maryland LBA required (or willing to obtain before start) Master's or Doctorate in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience supervising RBTs preferred Reliable transportation Must pass background check Schedule Monday to Friday Flexible schedule Full-time and part-time available Work Location Hybrid remote in Philadelphia, PA Serving Maryland cases Apply Today If you're looking for a flexible, supportive BCBA role with strong pay and a healthy work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you.
