We specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals ages 2-21 with: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) ADHD Developmental Delays Down Syndrome Adjustment Disorders and more Our ABA approach is evidence-based, rooted in compassion, and focused on real-world results. Services are offered in all of our client's natural environments: school, daycare, home, community, center. Your Role as aBCBA:
You'll play a key role in leading high-quality behavioral programs that truly change lives.Responsibilities include:
Designing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Training and supervising Behavior Technicians and RBTs Coaching and supporting caregivers Collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals Monitoring progress with data-driven strategies Reporting directly to theClinical Director What You'll Need:
