Job Description

Responsibilities:
Write detailed assessments, treatment goals, and programming to address the needs of each client. Provide ongoing support and supervision to RBT's while overseeing implementation of programs with clients. Develop and monitor data collection for all programs being run. Conduct Parent Training on specific treatment goals Oversee assessments, plan development, and ongoing program data analysis to ensure maximum client progress. Provide services in home and school where services are rendered

Our team provides services around the Volusia county area. This position is for clients that are located primarily in
Ormond, Daytona Beach, and NSB Minimum Job Requirements:
Master's degree with a BCBA certification. Maintain BCBA certification Auto insurance and registration Valid FL driver's license and transportation Pass Level II criminal background check Experience supervising
RBT's and BCaBA's Additional Requirements:
At least one year experience with individuals with Autism, Intellectual Disability and/or related disorders Ability to manage time & meet deadlines Verbal and written communication skills Ability to adhere to agency and state policies and procedures Excellent interpersonal skills Commitment to excellence in all aspects of service delivery Credentialing with various commercial insurance agencies (e.g., BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, UHC)

Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavioral assessments Develop and monitor behavior analysis support plans Provide monitoring, feedback, training, and instruction to caregivers of the individuals receiving services Maintain schedule, utilizing approved hours weekly, monthly and quarterly Maintain documentation and complete required reports Review program effectiveness and make changes as needed based on data review Complete and submit daily SOAP notes Complete and submit client authorizations in a timely manner
